Verizon Security Dashboard
The My Verizon is a complex, solution-based app designed to help consumers manage their accounts and shop. I was a visual designer working on a cross-functional team that created a dashboard to highlight users' and account owners' security notifications, give full access to security features, and provide customization. I also led the creation of all illustrations.

Insights
Account Owner Dashboard
A headline referencing their status (i.e., moderate) helps the user understand what the "big number" really means. Testing revealed that users had questions about what defines their security rating, so it was essential to include highlights to learn more. Showing each user's score prominently was important to see a general status quickly. Each category is paired with an icon and is tappable, bringing you to that module. We used color and a progress bar, making it easy to understand the categories needing the most attention.
Account User
Account users can track their security just like account owners. Their dashboard focuses on individual scores and personal settings. Unlike account owners, account users can only see their data. Verizon has a robust security offering. In testing, we learned that most users needed to learn what features or products were available to them. The dashboard encourages users to explore security features they may not have seen before the dashboard existed.
Digital Secure
Digital Secure is a stand-alone app. One of the requirements was to bring in the data from the app to include in the dashboard experience.
